Show me the money!!!
How awesome would that be? If someone gave you some simple tools to make extra income to help out with groceries, or to be able to pay for all your kid's sports needs, to be able to quit your job and be home with your children. Do you hate your job and want to take control of your career and work for yourself? I have decided to be home with my children AND help bring in some income WHILE helping others reach their goals. Sort of reminds me of a coach or teacher (which I was a teacher for 9 years).
So are you curious now? AdvoCare pays you in 5 ways...yes I said 5 different ways!
1. Your retail sales
2. Wholesale commissions (when someone orders from your site)
3. Override commission (up to 7%)
4. Leadership commission
5. Bonuses and Incentives
Advocare pays out a total of $20,000 in Rookie Advisor Bonuses every two weeks!
1st place- $6,000
2nd place- $4,000
3rd place- $3,000
4th place- $2,500
5th place- $2,000
6th place- $1,500
7th place- $1,000
Now who is curious? Leave a message or email me if you'd like to hear more. AdvoCare is a GAME CHANGER for your life. It is up to YOU to make it happen!
Kids and TV
Let me start off with one confession....this has been a very long weekend at my house. It has been rainy and wet and a 4 day weekend. So we have been cooped up inside. Which leads to my next thought...am I a referee or a mother? Lately feeling more like a referee!
In a conversation between hubby and I we were discussing TV and our kids. We stated we hated they watched so much but at times, it is our only relief. (sad to admit). So in an effort to cut back on TV watching and lower cable costs, we decided we would cut back our cable to the very basic plan....Great idea right! If you only have a few channels (Disney not included) then they won't have such an interest.
So being proactive, I called Knology to discuss our options. Well, this is where it gets funny. I explained what I wanted and they said ok. We currently have a bundle package for home phone, cable and internet. They are offering a new customer package they were wiling to give me. Only saved about 20 bucks a month). So I asked for individual services for each and that total for very basic/local cable, home phone and high speed internet was MORE than what I am paying now- WHAT JUST HAPPENED HERE?
So my great idea completely backfired and I am at a loss on the whole cable thing- how can they do that?
So today, I see on a friend's FB page this link. The effects of TV on kids – brain development Health Nut www.healthnutblogger.com. Some of the things they list are things hubby and I discussed this weekend. Like more reading, getting more stuff done around the house, more games....
How do you limit TV for your kids? Would love some ideas from fellow readers.

Great way to start Monday
"You can think about the past, you can plan for the future, but the only time you experience life is right now. This is as good as it gets! Life is always happening right now. If you are constantly re-running the "to-do" list through your mind, or rushing to get one thing done so you can do something else, you miss this moment. In the blink of an eye, life goes by and you wonder how you got to be that person in the mirror" (read on a friends FB page).
