This is a big deal to me to post this picture. No one except for me will know how much of a struggle weight has been since I had children and even before children. I want to motivate other people and new moms, if I can do this YOU CAN TOO. But this is my before and afters of the past month of eating healthy.... I am no where near what I WILL be and what I need to be.. but as of right now, I am HAPPY and oh so HEALTHY. Not Biggest Loser kinda weight loss.. but I am proud bc I did it the right way. The before picture literally makes me sad, not only was I very big, I felt awful all the time.
